Q: Where does your merchandise come from?
A: Designer Marketplace carries an aggregation of furniture, rugs, and home accessories from select showrooms and manufacturers throughout the country. Some of the brands we carry can be found under our "Products/Brands" page.
Q: Will I be receiving the item that is on the floor?
A: That depends. Some of the pieces on our showroom are one-of-a-kind and in those situations, yes. However, many of the pieces we carry are a floor sample only of the items we have in stock and many times those pieces are available in different colors, fabrics, and in complete sets.
Q: How often do you receive new items?
A: We receive new items weekly. Our inventory is constantly changing and new pieces are always arriving. That makes our selections offered both unique and fresh.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, we offer in-home delivery through Designer Marketplace. We provide a White-Glove Service, whereby assembling, blanket wrapping, and situating your pieces in your home. The easier the process is for you the happier we are.
Q: How do I pay for the merchandise?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard credit & debit cards, along with personal checks. Payment is due at the time of the purchase. We also can do Layaway with a deposit and agreed upon payments until merchandise is paid in full.
Q: Is financing available?
A: Yes, we offer financing through Wells Fargo, specific information is available at the time of purchase. This can be arranged at the store level with our Design Specialists.
